3patii Terms & Conditions

1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below, unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Platform" means the 3patii website accessible at 3patii.org, including all sub-pages, features, gaming environments, sportsbook, cashier, and account management tools.
• "Account" means the registered user profile created by a Player upon successful completion of the 3patii registration process.
• "Balance" means the real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet amounts, or non-cashable incentives credited to a Player's Account as part of a 3patii promotion.
• "Wager" means any real-money or bonus-funded bet placed by a Player on any game, sporting event, or other market available on the 3patii Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Player must wager a bonus amount before it becomes eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required under 3patii's compliance obligations.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the primary currency supported in the 3patii cashier for Pakistani players.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which accessing or using the 3patii Platform is unlawful under applicable local law.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 3patii Platform, creating an Account, or placing any Wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full, together with the 3patii Privacy Policy and any specific promotion terms published on the Platform from time to time.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all use of the 3patii Platform regardless of the device, browser, or method of access. If you access 3patii via a mobile browser, mobile application, or any third-party integration, these terms remain fully in force.

If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease all use of the 3patii Platform and contact support at [email protected] to request closure of any existing Account.

3 Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an Account on 3patii, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 3patii strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and will require documentary proof of age during the KYC process.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal structures are not permitted to hold Player Accounts.
• You must not be accessing 3patii from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order from 3patii or any affiliated gaming platform.
• You must not be acting on behalf of or depositing funds owned by a third party.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and maintain the accuracy of that information throughout your use of the Platform.

3patii reserves the right to request identity documents — including but not limited to a CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or utility bill — at any stage of the registration or verification process. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested may result in Account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending completion of verification.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account on 3patii. Duplicate Accounts, whether registered under the same identity or a different identity, will be closed and any Balance associated with a duplicate Account may be forfeited.

4 Account Management

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. 3patii will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to safeguard your login information.

You must notify 3patii immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation or that your login credentials have been compromised.

3patii reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close an Account at its sole discretion where:

• There are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity associated with the Account;
• The Account holder is found to have provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• The Account is found to be a duplicate of an existing Account;
• The Account holder is found to be under 21 years of age;
• 3patii is required to do so by applicable law, regulatory direction, or court order.

In the event of Account closure initiated by 3patii for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified real-money Balance will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

3patii supports deposits and withdrawals in PKR via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits: All deposits are processed in real time or near real time, subject to the processing rules of the relevant payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed in the 3patii cashier at the time of transaction. 3patii does not charge fees on standard deposits, but your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, to the extent technically possible.
• 3patii will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts not registered in the Player's verified name, or payment methods not previously used for a deposit on the Account.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa and within one to three business days for bank transfers, subject to verification status.
• 3patii reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding standard thresholds.

3patii is not responsible for delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, banking system outages, or factors outside of 3patii's direct control.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

3patii offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bet credits, cashback programmes, and seasonal promotions. All such promotions are governed by these general Terms and Conditions as well as any specific terms published with the individual promotion.

The following general conditions apply to all 3patii bonuses unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players only, as defined in the specific promotion terms. 3patii reserves the right to restrict bonus availability by player segment, deposit history, or geographic location.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.
• Wagering Requirements must be completed within the time limit specified in the promotion terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them will expire if the Wagering Requirement is not met within the stated period.
• 3patii reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a Player has already opted in, any bonus already credited will remain subject to the original promotion terms.
• Bonus funds must not be used in conjunction with other bonuses unless the specific promotion terms explicitly allow this.
• Any attempt to abuse the 3patii bonus system — including but not limited to opening multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus, using automated systems to meet Wagering Requirements, or employing low-risk betting strategies designed to exploit bonus conditions — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any derived winnings.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on 3patii are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or sporting market, as published in the 3patii help centre and game-specific rule pages. In the event of a conflict between a game-specific rule and these Terms and Conditions, the game-specific rule shall take precedence for that game only.

3patii uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all casino games. RNG certification is conducted by independent third-party testing laboratories to ensure game outcomes are fair, unpredictable, and not subject to manipulation by 3patii or any third party.

For live sports betting, 3patii reserves the right to:

• Suspend betting markets at any time prior to or during an event without prior notice;
• Void bets placed after the outcome of an event has been determined, where there is evidence that such bets were placed with prior knowledge of the outcome;
• Limit maximum stake amounts on any market at its sole discretion;
• Correct obvious pricing errors and void any bets placed on such prices.

Cricket betting markets on 3patii, including PSL and international fixtures, are subject to the cricket-specific rules published in the sportsbook help section. Ball-by-ball in-play markets have their own suspension and settlement rules which Players should review before placing live wagers.

8 Responsible Gaming

3patii is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across its entire platform. We provide a suite of player-controlled tools designed to help you manage your gaming activity. These tools are accessible from your Account settings at any time and include:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps in PKR. Decreases take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling period before activation.
• Session Time Limits: Set maximum session durations with on-screen reminders at intervals of your choosing.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss thresholds over daily, weekly, or monthly periods.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, login is blocked and promotional communications are suspended.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the 3patii Platform by contacting [email protected]. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed and will result in the closure of your Account.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 3patii Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any other interaction with 3patii;
• Registering or operating more than one Account;
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or any other method of circumventing geographic restrictions;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence system to place bets, farm bonuses, or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner;
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports manipulation in connection with bets placed on 3patii;
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any other financially illicit activity;
• Sharing Account credentials with third parties or allowing any other person to access or operate your Account;
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the operation of the Platform, including denial-of-service attacks, unauthorised access attempts, or exploitation of software vulnerabilities;
• Abusing 3patii's customer support team through threatening, abusive, or harassing communication.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the 3patii Platform — including but not limited to the 3patii brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, and video — is the property of 3patii or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 3patii Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any 3patii content;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the 3patii software;
• Use 3patii branding or trademarks in any manner not expressly authorised by 3patii;
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or platform.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 3patii shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunities resulting from technical failures, service interruptions, or third-party actions.

3patii's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12 months preceding the claim.

3patii does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, that it will be free of errors, or that defects will be corrected within any particular timeframe. Planned maintenance and unplanned outages may temporarily affect service availability.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12 Privacy & Data

3patii collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

3patii will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory bodies where required for the operation of the Platform or by applicable law.

13 Amendments to These Terms

3patii reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, 3patii will provide reasonable notice via the Platform, registered email address, or in-account notification prior to the change taking effect.

Your continued use of the 3patii Platform following publication of an amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and contact [email protected] to close your Account before the amended terms take effect.

The date of the most recent revision to these Terms and Conditions is displayed at the top of this page. We recommend that Players review this page periodically to remain informed of any changes.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 3patii holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions or your use of the Platform shall first be submitted to 3patii's customer support team for informal resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of submission, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised arbitration body. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
